Booking Policy

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Please be aware that sea kayaking is an outdoor activity that takes place in a range of weather conditions, including rain.  We want to provide you with the best experience and will adjust our plans accordingly to make the most of the conditions on the day.  Any itineraries or destinations offered are indicative only and will be offered as subject to the sea conditions and judgement of the guide. 


Sea kayaking is an adventurous sport and booking your trip is a sign of acceptance of the hazards involved in engaging in adventure activities and travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that your level of fitness and experience are suitable for your chosen trip and that you have the correct travel insurance.  We can also take no responsibility for belongings left in our tent during Roaming trips so ensure that your insurance will additionally cover this.  If you have any questions please do contact us.


It is our aim to deliver an enjoyable trip, we can not be held responsible for any loss of enjoyment due to changes in the itinerary, or adverse conditions.  We will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative, but our aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.  If our guides deem it unsafe to kayak during your trip we cannot pay compensation or accept liability for the return of fees or expenses.

Cancellations Policy

If cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date of the trip then the full trip fee will be charged . If cancelled more than 6 weeks from the start of your trip then we will refund your payment minus the deposit.  We are unable to refund any booking fees that you may have paid to third parties.  Your deposit is non-refundable.

All outdoor activities are weather dependant. We aim to provide a safe kayaking experience, if the weather is unsuitable, we will endeavour to provide suitable safe alternative locations. In booking you are accepting that the itinerary stated in the trip details is subject to change to best suit the weather conditions on the day. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the course/expedition takes place as advertised, we reserve the right to cancel, if we perceive dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions. Additionally if we believe that your fitness, sobriety or competence level may compromise the safety of the trip for you or others, we reserve the right to terminate your course/expedition.

Ensure that you have suitable insurance as soon as you book your trip to cover cancellation, curtailment, personal belongings and equipment.
